KETO SHREDDED CROCK POT TERIYAKI CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • ▢½ cup Keto teriyaki sauce low carb yum homemade recipe

  • ▢½ cup Chicken broth

  • ▢1 ½ - 2 pounds Boneless skinless chicken breasts or chicken thighs

  • ▢¼ cup Green onions

  • ▢Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts into the bottom of the Crockpot.

  • Mix together the teriyaki sauce and chicken broth.

  • Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.

  • Place the lid on the Crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

  • Remove the chicken and shred it, mixing it with the remaining sauce in the Crockpot.

  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

If you are not a big fan of chicken, you can always swap it out for pork or beef. I highly recoomend cooking a pork butt or shoulder in the slow cooker.To make this recipe spicy, add a teaspoon or two of srircha or garlic chili paste.
