Minty Hot Cocoa

Ingredients:

1 peppermint or spearmint tea bag
½ cup boiling water
½ cup almond milk
2 teaspoons natural, unsweetened cocoa powder
1 packet stevia

 Directions:

Pour boiling water over tea bag and allow to steep for 3 minutes. Remove bag.

In the meantime, heat almond milk to a simmer.

Put cocoa powder in a small dish and add a couple of spoonsful of the hot tea. Stir to dissolve any lumps. Add stevia and combine with almond milk. Enjoy your Minty Hot Cocoa!
