No-Brainer “Apple Pie” Yogurt

Ingredients:

1 green apple, chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Stevia to sweeten, optional

 Directions:

Place yogurt and chopped apples in a serving bowl, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Stir to combine and, if desired, sweeten with stevia. Sprinkle with walnuts and serve immediately.
