Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour
3 Tbsp xylitol
¼ tsp salt
2 Tbsp full fat coconut milk
1 Tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
1 tsp vanilla

 Optional Additions:

¼ cup stevia sweetened chocolate chips
¼ cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts)
¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions:

Mix almond flour, sweetener and salt together in a bowl.  Add coconut milk, butter and vanilla.  Mix well.

Add your choice of chocolate chips, nuts or coconut and then roll out your cookie dough balls.  Enjoy immediately or store in fridge to firm up.
