Greek Chicken Salad

ngredients:

4 cups cooked cubed chicken
1 cucumber (shredded)
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 medium avocado (mashed)
2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
2 tsp minced garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and black pepper to taste

 

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients, except the chicken,  in a large bowl.

Add the chicken and lightly mix in until just combined.

Serve over a bed of greens with tomatoes, sliced green onions, etc.

This will serve 4 to 6 people.
