Herbed Goat Cheese Spread

Ingredients:

1/3 cup parsley
1 stick butter, softened at room temperature
4 oz fresh goat cheese
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon dried thyme

Directions:

Process parsley in a food processor or blender. Add butter and goat cheese, along with oregano and thyme, and process until smooth. If you do not have a food processor, mince the parsley by hand and stir into butter and cheese mixture, mashing with a fork, along with the dried herbs. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time. Remove from refrigerator half an hour before serving
