KETO SHREDDED CROCK POT TERIYAKI CHICKEN
Ingredients
▢½ cup Keto teriyaki sauce low carb yum homemade recipe
▢½ cup Chicken broth
▢1 ½ - 2 pounds Boneless skinless chicken breasts or chicken thighs
▢¼ cup Green onions
▢Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts into the bottom of the Crockpot.
Mix together the teriyaki sauce and chicken broth.
Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.
Place the lid on the Crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Remove the chicken and shred it, mixing it with the remaining sauce in the Crockpot.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
If you are not a big fan of chicken, you can always swap it out for pork or beef. I highly recoomend cooking a pork butt or shoulder in the slow cooker.To make this recipe spicy, add a teaspoon or two of srircha or garlic chili paste.
