Apple Butter
Ingredients:
32 ounces green apples, peeled, cored, sliced, and pureed
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and place in saucepan.
Cook uncovered over low heat at least 1 hour to thicken and blend flavors.
Pour into covered container and refrigerate. Use as spread.
