Green Salsa
Ingredients:
1 large onion, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 pounds of fresh tomatillos or 4-10-ounce cans, drained
3 large green or poblano chiles, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
6-8 fresh jalapenos or serranos
Directions:
Sautee the onion until clear; do not brown.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Makes 4 cups.
