Creamy Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbs. butter

  • 6 Cloves of garlic, minced

  • 4 ½ cups chicken broth

  • 1-½ cups heavy whipping cream

  • ¾ cup shredded pecorino cheese

  • Black pepper to taste

  • 3-4 tbsp. tapioca flour (make a rue by mixing in tapioca flour in a little water)

 

 Directions:

Heat your skillet over medium/high heat and melt butter.

Add garlic to melted butter, and cook 1-2 minutes, just until fragrant.

Add broth, heavy whipping cream, and black pepper to skillet. Bring to a simmer.

Once simmering, add pecorino cheese and mix until combined.

Add tapioca flour rue 1 tbsp. at a time until desired consistency.

Serve over your favorite pasta or zucchini noodles!
