Peppermint-Cinnamon Tea
Ingredients:
1 peppermint tea bag
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cinnamon stick
1 cup boiling water
Stevia to taste
Directions:
Place tea bag, lemon juice, and cinnamon stick in a mug.
Add boiling water and steep for 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir and add stevia to taste.
Drink this one slowly.
Serves 1.
