Peppermint-Cinnamon Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 peppermint tea bag

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • Stevia to taste

Directions:

  1. Place tea bag, lemon juice, and cinnamon stick in a mug.

  2. Add boiling water and steep for 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. Stir and add stevia to taste.

  4. Drink this one slowly.

Serves 1.
