Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 4 scoops chocolate egg white protein, or your favorite flavor

  • 2/3 cup flax meal

  • 4 tablespoons almond butter

  • 1/4 cup water

  • Stevia to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and work into a sticky dough. Divide the mixture into 4 bars and wrap in plastic. Store bars in refrigerator or freezer. Optional: add pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins, or carob chips.
