Sautéed Peppers and Okra

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons butter

  • 1 cup yellow bell pepper strips

  • 1 cup red bell pepper strips

  • 3 cups okra, cut in half diagonally

  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon each salt and black pepper

Directions

Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add bell peppers and cook for 4-5 minutes. Stir in okra, cover, reduce heat, and cook for 15 minutes or until okra is tender. Stir in your salt, pepper, and cilantro.
